White chocolate cake

- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- pkg
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- butter or margarine - 1 c
- eggs, separated - 4 item
- soda - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- flaked coconut - 1 c
- boiling water - 1/2 c
- plain flour
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- broken pecans - 1 c
- white chocolate - 1/4 lb
How to make white chocolate cake:
Frosting:1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese1/2 c. butter or margarine1 tsp. vanilla1 box powdered sugar1 Tbsp. milk Melt the chocolate in boiling water and set aside to cool. Cream the butter and sugar. Add egg yolks and beat well. Add chocolate and vanilla. Add flour and soda, alternating with buttermilk. Fold in beaten egg whites, coconut and pecans.
