Ingredients/Components

  • instant pistachio pudding mix - 1 pkg
  • yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • almond flavoring - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • water
  • oil - 1/4 c
  • drops green food coloring - 7 item
  • container Cool Whip - 1 item
  • instant pistachio pudding - 1 pkg

How to make pistachio pudding cake:

Mix the first 7 ingredients. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake in tube pan at 350° for 55 minutes. When done, remove from pan and cool. Cut in half to make 2 layers. Mix the last 2 ingredients well and put half on first layer. Put rest on top layer.
