Ingredients/Components
- stick butter, melted - 1/2 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- can corn - 1 item
- can water chestnuts - 1 item
- can carrots - 1 item
- tubes Ritz crackers, crushed - 2 item
- cans fresh cut green beans - 2 item
How to make veggie casserole:
Mix veggies, mayonnaise and cheese together. Put in casserole dish and cover with crackers. Pour melted butter on top of crackers. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Casseroles.
