Ingredients/Components
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- can water chestnuts - 1 item
- cans mixed vegetables - 2 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Heat oven to 350°. Bake in casserole dish until it bubbles up all over. Then remove from oven and sprinkle cracker crumbs on top. Pour 1/2 stick melted margarine over top. Let brown slightly.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
