Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/4 c
- egg yolks - 2 item
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 3 Tbsp
- onion, finely chopped - 1/2 item
- large mushrooms - 20 item
- butter, salt and pepper to taste - 2 Tbsp
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Saute chopped onion in butter. Add egg yolks, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, sour cream and the mushroom stems, finely chopped. Stuff each mushroom head, forming a rounded top.
