Easy baked macaroni and cheese
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 qt
- salt - 2 tsp
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- uncooked elbow macaroni - 8 oz
- coarsely shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
How to make easy baked macaroni and cheese:
Melt margarine in a 7 x 11-inch baking dish. Stir in uncooked macaroni and coat well. Add salt, pepper and cheese. Mix well and spread evenly. Slowly pour in milk. With bottom of spoon, push macaroni down under the milk. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 hour or until macaroni is done and crust is set.Recipe categories: Side dish, Pasta, Elbow macaroni.
