Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- sliced fresh mushrooms - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- olive oil - 1 Tbsp
- small zucchini, sliced - 1 item
- bell pepper, sliced - 1/2 item
- plum tomatoes, sliced - 2 item
- small can black olives, sliced - 1 item
- spinach, thawed - 1/4 lb
- can warm beer - 1 item
- envelope dry active yeast - 1 item
- Stir in salt and oil
- Kraft shredded 4 cheese
How to make vegetable pizza:
Dissolve yeast in a bowl. Stir in salt and oil. Gradually stir in flour. Smooth and knead until elastic. Brush top with oil. Cover and let rise until doubled in size. Roll out 2 pizzas.Toppings:2 cloves garlic, sliced2 Tbsp. olive oil1 small can black olives, sliced sliced fresh mushrooms2 plum tomatoes, sliced1 small zucchini, sliced1/2 bell pepper, sliced1/4 lb. spinach, thawed Parmesan cheese Kraft shredded 4 cheese Saute garlic in olive oil. Brush onto dough. Arrange vegetables and cheeses. Drizzle leftover oil on top.
