  • dough: - 1 item
  • envelope dry active yeast - 1 item
  • can warm beer - 1 item
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • olive oil - 1 Tbsp
  • flour
  • Stir in salt and oil
  • small can black olives, sliced - 1 item
  • sliced fresh mushrooms - 1 item
  • plum tomatoes, sliced - 2 item
  • small zucchini, sliced - 1 item
  • bell pepper, sliced - 1/2 item
  • frozen spinach, thawed - 1/4 lb
  • Parmesan cheese - 1 item
  • Kraft shredded 4 cheeses

How to make vegetable pizza:

Dissolve yeast in a bowl. Stir in salt and oil. Gradually stir in flour. Smooth and knead dough until elastic. Brush top with oil. Cover and let rise until doubled in size.Toppings:2 cloves garlic, sliced2 Tbsp. olive oil1 small can black olives, sliced sliced fresh mushrooms2 plum tomatoes, sliced1 small zucchini, sliced1/2 bell pepper, sliced1/4 lb. frozen spinach, thawed Parmesan cheese Kraft shredded 4 cheeses Saute garlic in olive oil. Brush onto dough. Arrange vegetables and cheese. Drizzle leftover oil on top. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until cheese melts and crust is golden.
