How to make meatballs and sauce:
Mix all ingredients and place in large Dutch oven on top of stove.Meatballs:1 1/2 lb. ground hamburger1 large stalk celery, chopped1 onion, chopped1 green pepper, chopped salt and pepper to taste Persimmon cheese to taste (about 1/4 c.) cracker, crumbled fine (1/2 to 1 c.)2 eggs Mix all meatball ingredients well.
