Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- self-rising flour - 3/4 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- hot dogs - 1 lb
- onion, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- self-rising meal - 1/4 c
How to make corn dogs:
Mix flour, meal, sugar, mustard and onion together. Combine egg and milk; mix with dry ingredients. Roll hot dogs in the dough mixture; fry in deep fat until golden brown.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, < 30 mins, Kid Friendly.
