Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/3 c
- chopped onions - 1/3 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- chopped green peppers - 1/4 c
- crushed Ritz crackers
- grated sharp cheese - 1/2 c
- cans French-cut green beans, drained - 2 item
- can white Shoepeg corn - 1 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Topping:1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers1/2 c. melted margarine1/2 c. slivered almonds Saute celery, onions and green peppers. Add to vegetables the sour cream, soup and cheese mixture. Put in casserole. Top with Ritz cracker topping. Bake at 3Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
