- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- potatoes, sliced - 4 item
- stick melted margarine - 1/2 item
- Vidalia onions, sliced - 3 item
- boneless chicken breast, cut in strips - 1/4 lb
How to make vidalia onion casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. In a large casserole dish, make alternating layers (2 each) of onions, potatoes and chicken. Mix together the soup and margarine and spread evenly over top of casserole. Cover and bake 1 hour. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Casseroles.
