Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 3
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- orange juice - 1/3 c
- cloves optional - 1/4 tsp
- jar pineapple cheese spread - 1/2 oz
- thinly sliced, peeled carrots - 3 c
How to make glazed carrots:
Cook carrots in a medium saucepan until tender. This will take 6 to 20 minutes, depending on age of carrots. Drain. Mix the orange juice, sugar, cloves, salt and cheese spread.
