Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- stick melted butter - 1/2 item
- can French-style green beans - 1 item
- grated sharp cheese - 1/2 c
- can white Shoe Peg corn, drained - 1 item
- can chopped water chestnuts - 1 item
- Place in greased casserole dish and add the following topping
How to make vegetable casserole:
Mix all ingredients together. Place in greased casserole dish and add the following topping.Topping:1/2 box cheese Ritz crackers, crushed1/2 stick melted butter Mix crackers with melted butter.
