Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- stick melted butter - 1/2 item
- can French-style green beans, drained - 1 item
- grated sharp cheese - 1/2 c
- can white Shoe Peg corn, drained - 1 item
- small bag slivered almonds - 1 item
- Then add the topping
How to make vegetable casserole:
Mix together and place in casserole dish. Then add the topping.Topping:1 stack Ritz crackers1/2 stick melted butter1 small bag slivered almonds Crumble Ritz crackers into a bowl. Mix in melted butter. Add slivered almonds. Put topping on casserole and bake for 45 minutes at 350°. Serves 8 to 10.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
