Ingredients/Components
- broccoli desired amount - 1 item
- cauliflower desired amount - 1 item
- carrots desired amount - 1 item
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- Velveeta - 1/4 lb
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
How to make vegetable casserole:
Steam broccoli, cauliflower and carrots until tender. Melt butter; add flour and salt. Stir until blended. Add milk; stir until thick. Lower heat and add cheese. Stir until melted.
