Ingredients/Components

  • broccoli desired amount - 1 item
  • cauliflower desired amount - 1 item
  • carrots desired amount - 1 item
  • butter - 4 Tbsp
  • flour - 4 Tbsp
  • dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • milk - 2 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • Velveeta - 1/4 lb
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c

How to make vegetable casserole:

Steam broccoli, cauliflower and carrots until tender. Melt butter; add flour and salt. Stir until blended. Add milk; stir until thick. Lower heat and add cheese. Stir until melted. Place steamed vegetables in casserole dish and cover with cheese mixture.
