Ingredients/Components
- teaspoon pepper - 1/4 item
- teaspoon salt - 1/4 item
- teaspoon minced garlic - 1/2 item
- cup shredded zucchini - 1 item
- Tablespoon chopped onion - 2 item
- teaspoon margarine - 2 item
- 6 oz can of tuna packed in water - 1 item
- slices of wheat bread - 2 item
How to make tuna cakes:
Saut?© zucchini, onion, and garlic in 1 teaspoon of margarine for 5 minutes. Mix all remaining ingredients until well blended. Form into six patties and brown in pam and margarine for about 3 minutes per side. Serve with lemon and cole slaw.Recipe categories: Fish, Tuna, Saltwater fish.
