Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- Miracle Whip - 2 Tbsp
- cream of mushroom soup - 1/4 c
- onions, finely chopped - 1/4 c
- cans tuna, drained - 2 oz
- butter or oil for browning - 3 Tbsp
- Shape into croquettes
How to make tuna croquettes:
Mix tuna, soup, bread crumbs, onions, egg and lemon juice. Shape into croquettes. Makes 8. Brown in skillet.Sauce:3/4 c. mushroom soup1/3 c. milk2 Tbsp. Miracle Whip Blend ingredients together and heat. Pour over croquettes. Top with parsley if desired.Recipe categories: Fish, Tuna, Saltwater fish.
