Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1 Tbsp
- pecan halves - 1 lb
- egg white - 1 item
How to make toasted pecans:
Mix egg white, milk, water, sugar and salt. Add pecan halves, covering well. Pour onto cookie sheet. Bake at 300° for 10 minutes. Take out and stir until separated.
