  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • water
  • pecan halves - 8 c
  • ground cloves - 1/4 tsp
  • ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • egg white - 1 item
  • ground nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • ground allspice - 1/4 tsp

How to make sugar and spice pecans:

Combine the first 8 ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Add pecans; stir until evenly coated. Spread in a greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 275° for 50 to 55 minutes. Remove to waxed paper while still warm. Cool. Store in an airt
