How to make teriyaki flank steak:

Trim excess fat; place steak in a shallow container. Combine next 8 ingredients, stirring well; pour marinade over steak. Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight. Remove steak from marinade, reserving marinade. Grill steak 5 inches from hot coals for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, basting often with marinade.
