- ground ginger - 1 tsp
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- chopped green onion - 2 Tbsp
- clove crushed garlic - 1 item

How to make teriyaki flank steak:
Trim excess fat; place steak in a shallow container. Combine next 8 ingredients, stirring well; pour marinade over steak. Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight. Remove steak from marinade, reserving marinade. Grill steak 5 inches from hot coals for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, basting often with marinade.Recipe categories: Meat, Beef, Steak.
