Peachy pork picante



  • vegetable oil - 2 tsp
  • taco seasoning mix - 1 Tbsp
  • peach preserves - 1/3 c
  • boneless pork, cut into 3/4-inch cubes - 1 lb
  • bottle chunky style salsa - 1 oz

How to make peachy pork picante:

Coat pork cubes with taco seasoning. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add pork and cook until brown, stirring occasionally. Add salsa and preserves to pan. Lower heat; cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 4. Serve with hot rice and mixed bean salad.
