- garlic salt - 1 item
- oregano - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- bottle catsup - 1 item
- dash of chili powder - 1 item
- grated celery - 1 item
- pork loin roast - 4 lb
How to make pork barbecue:
Boil pork until tender, remove fat and bones. Shred pork and add other ingredients. Cook for about 3 hours on low heat until thick. Add water when necessary. Can use beef or leftover ham or roast chicken.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Pork.
