- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- honey - 3 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- teriyaki or soy sauce - 1/4 c
- dash garlic or 1 bottle Italian dressing - 1 item
How to make flank steak:
Pierce steak on both sides. Place in covered dish or bowl and marinate overnight. Charcoal on grill about 5 minutes on each side.Recipe categories: Very low carbs, Meat, Beef.
