  • cider vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • honey - 3 Tbsp
  • garlic powder
  • soy sauce - 1/2 c
  • green onions, chopped - 5 item

How to make oriental flank steak:

Combine ingredients, mixing well. Pour over steak, cover and marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours, turning occasionally. Drain steak, reserving marinade. Grill 5 to 10 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness, basting with marinade. To serve, slice steak across grain in thin slices.
