Teriyaki flank steak
Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 3/4 c
- honey - 1/4 c
- ground ginger
- red wine vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- large garlic clove, minced - 1 item
- finely chopped green onions - 2 Tbsp
- flank steak, whole and not scored - 1 item
How to make teriyaki flank steak:
Combine everything but meat and pour over steak. Marinate at least 4 hours, turning occasionally. Broil until desired doneness. Good over the grill. Slice thin and diagonally. Marinade may be used again, if refrigerated.Recipe categories: Meat, Beef, Steak.
