Ingredients/Components

  • vegetable oil - 3/4 c
  • honey - 1/4 c
  • ground ginger
  • red wine vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • soy sauce - 1/4 c
  • large garlic clove, minced - 1 item
  • finely chopped green onions - 2 Tbsp
  • flank steak, whole and not scored - 1 item

How to make teriyaki flank steak:

Combine everything but meat and pour over steak. Marinate at least 4 hours, turning occasionally. Broil until desired doneness. Good over the grill. Slice thin and diagonally. Marinade may be used again, if refrigerated.
