Teriyaki chicken kabobs
Ingredients/Components
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- teriyaki sauce - 2 Tbsp
- apple cider vinegar - 1/4 c
- green peppers, diced - 1 c
- diced chicken breasts
- can pineapple chunks large with juice - 1 item
- Marsala or white cooking wine - 2 Tbsp
How to make teriyaki chicken kabobs:
You will also need 10 to 12 skewers. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and cover. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.Using skewers, alternate with pineapple, chicken and green peppers. Place on hot grill and use remaining juice to marinate for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with rice or pasta salad. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
