Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
How to make tea cakes:
Sift flour and baking powder into large mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients; mix well. Turn out on floured surface; knead until easy to handle, roll out to about 1/2-inch. Cut out with small cutter. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake in 350° oven until golden brown.Recipe categories: Desserts, Breads, Coffee cakes.
