  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • buttermilk - 2 Tbsp
  • sticks butter - 2 item
  • flour, plain - 6 c

How to make tea cakes:

Mix butter and sugar well with mixer. Add eggs, salt, soda and vanilla. Mix well. Add buttermilk and flour. Drop by spoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 12 minutes.
