Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 2 Tbsp
- sticks butter - 2 item
- flour, plain - 6 c
How to make tea cakes:
Mix butter and sugar well with mixer. Add eggs, salt, soda and vanilla. Mix well. Add buttermilk and flour. Drop by spoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 12 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Breads, Coffee cakes.
