coconut - 1 c
oil - 1 c
soda - 1 tsp
baking powder - 2 tsp
egg - 1 item
nuts - 1 c
cream - 2/3 c
chopped apples - 3 c
stick oleo - 1 item
pecans, chopped - 1 c

How to make fresh apple cake:

Frosting:1 c. sugar1 stick oleo2/3 c. cream1 egg1 c. coconut1 c. pecans, chopped Mix first 3 ingredients. Sift next 4 ingredients and then add to sugar mixture; mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Grease and flour cake pan. Bake at 350° for 2 hours.

Frosting: Cook sugar, oleo, cream and egg over low heat for 10 minutes. Add coconut and pecans.
