Ingredients/Components
- whole chicken, boiled, boned and skinned - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
- milk - 1 c
- pkg - 1 1/4
- 8 oz - 2 c
- tortilla chips plain round - 1 item
How to make taco chicken:
Chop chicken and mix with other ingredients except 1 cup cheese. Line a 7 x 11-inch dish with tortilla chips, overlapping and standing up the sides. Pour chicken mixture over chips and cover with remaining cup of cheese. Bake in a 350° oven 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
