Chicken paprikash
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- all-purpose flour - 1 Tbsp
- white wine - 1/4 c
- medium onions - 2 item
- hot cooked noodles - 1 item
- chicken bouillon - 1/2 tsp
- chicken breasts, split 6 half breasts - 3 item
How to make chicken paprikash:
Brown chicken; drain off fat. Season with salt and pepper. Add onion to skillet; blend in paprika. Stir in wine, bouillon and 1/4 cup water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cover. Simmer 20 minutes. Remove chicken to serving platter; keep warm. Combine sour cream and flour; stir into liquid in skillet. Heat, stirring until thick.
