Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • all-purpose flour - 1 Tbsp
  • white wine - 1/4 c
  • medium onions - 2 item
  • hot cooked noodles - 1 item
  • chicken bouillon - 1/2 tsp
  • chicken breasts, split 6 half breasts - 3 item

How to make chicken paprikash:

Brown chicken; drain off fat. Season with salt and pepper. Add onion to skillet; blend in paprika. Stir in wine, bouillon and 1/4 cup water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cover. Simmer 20 minutes. Remove chicken to serving platter; keep warm. Combine sour cream and flour; stir into liquid in skillet. Heat, stirring until thick. Serve with chicken over noodles.
