Taco chicken
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can chopped green chilies - 1 oz
- taco chips - 1 item
- Monterey Jack cheese, shredded - 1/2 lb
- can chopped ripe olives - 1 oz
- chopped large pieces, cooked and boned chicken - 4 c
How to make taco chicken:
Combine milk, chicken soup, mushroom soup, onion, sour cream, olives, chilies and garlic salt in large mixing bowl. Break taco chips into bite size pieces and cover bottom of casserole dish. Layer with chicken and soup mixture and cheese, starting with chips; repeat. Bake until bubbly for 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
