Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- light brown sugar
- cooked potatoes - 3 c
- canned evaporated milk - 1 c
- vanilla or lemon flavoring - 1 tsp
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Topping:1 c. light brown sugar1/2 c. flour1/2 stick margarine1 c. chopped pecans Mix all ingredients for filling in large bowl and pour into greased casserole baking dish.Blend topping ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes. Cook at 375° for 30 minutes.
