Crab stuffed potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- can crab meat - 1 1/2
- bunch green onions, chopped - 1/2 item
- Salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium Idaho potatoes - 4 item
- American or cheddar cheese cut in chunks - 1 lb
How to make crab stuffed potatoes:
Scrub potatoes well and dry thoroughly. Bake in microwave or at 325° until you can pierce with fork. Cut baked potatoes lengthwise. Scoop out potato and mix with butter, sour cream, cheese, salt, pepper, onions and crab meat. Refill potato shells. Sprinkle with paprika. At this point, potatoes can be wrapped and frozen for future use. To serve immediately, reheat in very hot oven for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Crab.
