Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- medium onion - 1 item
- Minute rice - 2 c
- frozen chopped broccoli - 2 pkg
- can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- jar processed cheese spread - 1 oz
How to make broccoli casserole:
Melt butter in boiler and saut?© onions. Add the broccoli, cream of chicken soup, rice and water. Stir together and heat through. Stir in cheese. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
