Ingredients/Components
- mashed sweet potatoes - 4 c
- soft margarine - 1/4 c
- ginger - 1/4 tsp
- beaten eggs - 3 item
- small can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Beat potatoes until smooth. Add margarine, seasonings and eggs. Bake at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes or until slightly brown on top in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
