Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 item
- butter
- pepper - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- parsley - 1 item
- minced onion - 1/4 c
- mushrooms - 1/2 lb
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Wash and stem mushrooms. Put caps in pan and brush with butter. Saute onions in 2-cup measuring cup for 1 1/2 minutes in microwave. Add stems and cook uncovered until tender, about 1 1/2 minutes. Stir in bread, parsley, cheese, salt and pepper. Put about 1 tablespoon in each cap, 12 to a plate. Microwave at Full power 2 minutes.
