Stuffed cabbage
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- medium onions, grated - 3 item
- rice - 3/4 c
- cans tomato soup - 3 item
- heads cabbage - 2 item
- bacon crumbs - 1/2 lb
- ground pork lean - 2 lb
- dehydrated green pepper - 3 Tbsp
How to make stuffed cabbage:
Add meat, spices, onions and rice and mix well with hands. Core cabbage. Place in large pan of salted water. Scald cabbage and separate leaves. Cut vein and discard. Roll meat in cabbage leaf and tuck inside. Place on a layer of extra cabbage. Brown bacon and mix with soup. Pour over stuffed cabbage.
