Ingredients/Components
- freshly ground pepper - 1 item
- dried dill weed - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- medium carrots, shredded - 4 item
- parsley leaves, chopped - 1 c
- frozen peas, thawed and drained - 1 pkg
- large red pepper, sliced - 1 item
- head iceberg lettuce, sliced - 1/2 item
- large hard-boiled eggs, chilled, peeled and chopped - 4 item
- can Colossal pitted ripe olives, sliced, drain first - 1 3/4
- large radishes, sliced thin - 1 c
- Cheddar cheese, chilled and shredded - 4 oz
How to make 11 layer salad:
In a large glass bowl, layer each ingredient as it is listed in order, ending with cheese. Cover and chill. This is best made ahead and chilled overnight. Serve with favorite salad dressing.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Salads, Side dish.
