Sweet and sour meatloaf
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- mustard - 2 tsp
- ground beef - 1-1/2 lbs
- dry bread crumbs - 1 c
- c - 1 oz
- instant onion - 1 tsp
How to make sweet and sour meatloaf:
TOPPING2 Tbsp. brown sugar2 Tbsp. vinegar1/2 c. sugar2 tsp. mustard Mix together beef, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and eggs. Add onions and 1/2 of tomato sauce. Form into a loaf in 9 x 5 x 3 inch pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. In saucepan combine topping ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over meatloaf. Bake 10 minutes more.Recipe categories: Meat, Ground beef, Beef.
