Hobo dinner

Ingredients/Components

• salt to taste - 1 item
• carrot - 1 item
• potato - 1 item
• slice onion - 1 item
• seasoned salt to taste - 1 item
• hamburger size patty of ground chuck - 1 item

How to make hobo dinner:

Note: Need 1 square foil about 10 x 10-inches.

Place beef patty in center of foil. Peel potato and slice in four sections; place on top of patty. Peel carrot, slice and put on top of potato. Sprinkle with salt. Top with slice of onion. Gather ends of foil and wrap in "drugstore" fashion. Place on cookie sheet or baking dish. Bake at 375° for a little over 1 hour. Serve with salad, roll and beverage. Makes whole meal.
