Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • milk - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
  • water - 1 c
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • strawberries - 1 qt
  • strawberry jello
  • white corn syrup - 2 Tbsp
  • Mazola oil - 1/2 c

How to make strawberry pie:

Crust:1 1/2 c. flour1/2 c. Mazola oil1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. salt2 Tbsp. milk Mix crust and press into a 9-inch pie pan. Bake in a 450° oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool.

In saucepan, mix sugar, water, salt, corn syrup and cornstarch. Bring to a boil until clear and thick. Add the strawberry jello. Let cool. Stir in strawberries. Place in pie shell and top with whipped cream.
