Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/4 c
- flour
- oil - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- margarine - 1/2 c
- ground cloves - 1/4 tsp
- sour milk - 1/2 c
- zucchini, grated - 2 c
- Stir in eggs, vanilla and sour cream
How to make chocolate zucchini cake:
Cream the margarine, sugar and then oil together. Stir in eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Gradually stir in flour, cocoa and soda, mixing well. Stir in zucchini (raw and grated). Sift cinnamon, ground cloves and salt, stirring to blend well. Pour in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch.Topping:6 oz. chocolate chips1/4 c. chopped nuts Top mixture in pan and bake at 325° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, Cakes.
