Japanese fruit pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- coconut - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- raisins - 1/2 c
- pecans - 1/2 c
- juice of 1 lemon
How to make japanese fruit pie:
Mix ingredients together and pour into an uncooked deep dish pie crust. Bake at 300° for 40 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and outside comes out clean (at times I have cooked pie for 1 hour).
