Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- 3 oz - 2 pkg
- sifted confectioners sugar - 3/4 c
- crunchy peanut butter - 1/2 c
- coarsely chopped nuts optional - 1 item
- 8-inch graham cracker pie shell - 1 item
- small containers whipped cream - 2 item
How to make peanut butter pie:
Beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add peanut butter and milk, beating until smooth and creamy.Fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture and pour into graham cracker shell. Chill 5 or 6 hours or overnight. Top with whipped cream. Top with nuts, if desired.
