Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 5 c
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- vinegar
- mustard - 1 tsp
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- celery salt - 2 Tbsp
- turmeric - 1 tsp
- onions - 4 item
- canning salt - 5 Tbsp
- yellow squash - 10 c
- large peppers 1 red and 1 green, chopped - 2 item
How to make squash relish:
Pour over squash mixture. Simmer for 30 minutes. Pack in hot jars. Process pints 10 minutes in boiling water bath.Recipe categories: Squash, Appetizers, Spreads.
