  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
  • grated cheese - 1/2 c
  • bread crumbs - 1 item
  • mayo - 1/2 c
  • chopped pimento pepper - 2 Tbsp
  • yellow squash, cooked, mashed and drained - 1 lb

How to make squash delight:

Combine ingredients. Place in buttered 2-quart casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until firm. Serves 6.
