Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- stick butter or margarine, melted - 1 item
- yellow squash - 2 lb
- small jar pimiento - 1 item
- carrot, finely grated - 1 item
- can creamy chicken-mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Boil squash for 5 minutes; drain and chop. Add remaining ingredients, except stuffing mix and margarine. Mix stuffing and margarine together. Layer half the squash mixture in bottom of casserole dish. Top with half the stuffing and margarine mixture. Repeat layers again.
