Ingredients/Components
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- butter or margarine, softened - 1/4 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- buttered bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- dash of black pepper - 1 item
- cooked squash, well drained - 2 c
How to make squash casserole:
Combine all ingredients, except bread crumbs. Place in greased casserole pan. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 250° for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
